Present the fact that the poisoning occurred at night (I think) - how could they see the look in his eyes?

And what were they doing in the hallway? How could they see all this detail? Were they following him?

Fernando: Well that's not the only contradiction! Actually, Kwando has the face of an abra, and abras, don't open their eyes, they see things telepathically, therefore, how could you have seen his eyes?
Hinkles: Come to think of it, they didn't look like eyes.
Alyss: Yeah, they were completely black!
Fernando: (What does this mean? I should probably think of a theory using what I know and present it to the court.)

Given the number of contradictions and holes in the witnesses’ testimony, I believe that they are lying about Kwando's supposed involvement in the crime!

Fernando: With all the contradictions in the witnesses' testimony, I think that they're lying about Kwando being the true person who poisoned the members of the ExtraLives Team!

Lex: And what reason would the witnesses have for doing that?

Mackenzie: Yes, they seem to insist that they saw Kwando, but maybe that's not the truth they just think that they saw him.

Fernando: I say that kwando was framed! Perhaps they just saw someone wearing an abra costume! That's why the costume looked only like an abra. The eyes were all black, because they were holes so the person could see through!

Lex: That's preposterous!

Fernando: Is it? Because you can't deny that possibility!
